NOTE:

Always ensure that a comprehensive warm up is carried out prior to any physical activity to prevent injury and allow the body to prepare for exercise.

Every good workout also requires a good recovery. Warm down fully to prevent tightness and increase flexibility. Hydration prior to and after physical activity is also very important.

Do I need to be a member of a gym to access Personal Training in the Derbyshire / Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire area?

No! There is no need to be a member of a gym.

A wide variety of Personal Trainer packages are available at varying costs for execution at home, the outdoors or gym based, depending on the client needs.

Work on 1-1 basis, pairs or small groups.
